Description of study: The purpose of this study is to learn more about the impact of cannabis use on individuals with a physician diagnosis of asthma, exercise-induced bronchospasm, allergic rhinitis, eczema, and/or urticaria. It does not matter if you have never used cannabis, used cannabis in the past, or currently use cannabis. You are eligible to complete the survey if you have been diagnosed by a physician with any of the following: asthma, exercise-induced bronchospasm, allergic rhinitis, eczema, and/or urticaria. 

Procedure: You will be asked to complete a one-time online electronic survey. The survey should take 10-12 minutes to complete. Your participation in this study is voluntary and you are free to withdraw your participation at any time. To withdraw your participation, close the survey window and do not finish the survey.

Risks and Benefits: While you will not experience any direct benefits from participation, information collected from this study may benefit individuals with asthma and/or allergies through a better understanding of how cannabis knowledge, attitudes, and use influence allergic diseases, pain management, and well-being. There are no risks associated with participating in this study

Confidentiality: The survey collects no identifying information for any respondent. Your individual answers will be anonymous and will be seen only by the research team for data analysis. The research team will protect the data so that it cannot be seen by other people. None of the questions will contain information that would enable anyone to link the results back to you. All results will be presented in a combined format with no individual answers.

Other details: This survey has been approved by the Institutional Review Board of Solutions IRB. You can decline to participate or drop out at any time. To drop out, close the survey window.
